*ParentPay accounts are currently being charged and should be up to date by Wednesday, 8th June.*
If you haven’t paid any money onto your child’s account since 1st June, 2026, their account will now be in arrears (as explained in previous posts).
From Wednesday, 8th June you should then be able to see when your child has had a dinner via balance and transaction history on ParentPay (change the date fields to what you require).
However, be aware you may not be able to see transactions between 1st June, 2026 – 1st July, 2026. If you wish to know when they had a dinner between these dates let us know after Wednesday, 8th and we can try to look into it.
We want to apologise for any inconvenience this has caused, we wish this could have been resolved a lot sooner. It has been frustrating for all.
