Reminder of our post on ParentPay Meal Charges.

We are still having technical difficulties (💳as explained below—💳).

Please can we ask that you ensure your accounts are in CREDIT for how many meals you think that your child has had since the 1st June, 2026.
Just take into account if you were already in arrears before this date.

Normally– meals should be paid for before your child takes a dinner to avoid going into arrears.
You are also able to check your transactions and balances are correct on your ParentPay accounts from your child’s home page, under transaction history-balance history, then change your required fields.

💳Please be aware due to the transitioning of catering suppliers
charges for dinners, may not appear on your account. There has been technical difficulties with trying to download the charging system onto our Kitchens tablet. Which is out of the Schools and the new caterers hands.

Therefore, don’t be alarmed if your account suddenly appears in arrears. If you keep your account in credit to what you think it should be (from the 1st June) then this won’t happen. Just take into account if you were already in arrears before this date.

Please be reassured this is being worked on.

Prices for a child’s school dinner is now £3.30.

We understand how frustrating this can be.
Thank you for your support during our transfer of catering suppliers.

Regards, MPJ
